Methodology

How we reach a software verdict

A recommendation is only useful when you can see what was tested, what was not, and which facts may change.

Last reviewed September 6, 2026

Start with the reader’s decision

Each page is assigned one search intent: review, pricing, free-plan, or tutorial. We answer that question first and do not force every query into the same article template.

Evidence and its limits

These first guides assess English UI screenshots supplied for this project and linked official information. We reviewed the images on September 6, 2026. This review does not establish that the editor independently completed the workflows, sent campaigns, tested checkout, or measured deliverability. Tutorials are interface walkthroughs, not reports of completed production tests.

  • Review: overall fit, tradeoffs, and the visible scope of the evidence
  • Pricing: dated plan snapshots, billing context, and upgrade triggers
  • Free plan: included capacity, visible limits, and likely paid gates
  • Tutorial: a bounded workflow with screenshots at the step they illustrate

Verify changing facts

Pricing, plan names, limits, and feature access are checked against the official vendor page and the visible product interface when available. Every time-sensitive claim receives a checked date. Before publication, all prices and program rules must be checked again.

Place evidence where it answers a question

A screenshot is not decoration. It appears only after the claim it supports, with a caption describing the question it answers and when it was captured. Marketing homepages are not treated as evidence of product capability.

State who should skip the tool

A positive finding is paired with its boundary. Every commercial article identifies the people and workflows that are probably a poor fit before linking to the official product.

Score only when the test supports it

Our guides do not show numerical product scores. A score would imply a complete rubric and a comparable test set. Until those exist, we publish evidence-led conclusions instead of decorative ratings.

Update and correct

Material product changes trigger a recheck. Corrections should be dated and described. An affiliate relationship may fund the site, but it cannot buy a score, ranking, omission, or favorable wording.
